Recap

Oregon came out firing in the first quarter, with Vernon Adams Jr. orchestrating a devastating offensive display that saw the Ducks score three touchdowns in the opening frame, including a 37-yard strike to Darren Carrington and two rushing TDs by Royce Freeman. The Ducks extended their lead to 20-0 before TCU could respond, but the Horned Frogs mounted a second-half comeback led by Bram Kohlhausen, who threw two touchdown passes and added a rushing score in the third quarter to bring TCU within striking distance. Despite Oregon's early dominance and a 47-yard field goal from Aidan Schneider in the second quarter, TCU's defense tightened and Kohlhausen's efficient passing game kept the Horned Frogs in contention, ultimately allowing TCU to hold on to the belt with a 47-41 victory at home.
